I am fish lover and like to experiment with its taste alot. Being a native of a coastal area, enjoying seafood has its own delight and for me its a blessing to have. This recipe is very simple and has all the flavors a fish holds, i am sure you will like it.
Ingredients:
-Fish 1 kg ( i took Soul fish, but you can go with any you like)
-Crushed black pepper 4 tbsps
-Lemon juice 2 tbsps
-Ginger garlic paste 2 tsps
-Vinegar and wheat flour mix 3 tbsps ( to wash the fish )
-Musturd powder/paste 1 tbsp
-Corriander powder 1 tbsp
-Garam masala (whole spices) powder 1 tsp
-Gram flour 2 tsps
-Salt to taste
-Oil for frying
Method:
Wash the fish pieces with vinegar and flour mix. It will instantly remove the smell. Marinate with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper, salt, musturd powder/ paste and gram flour. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and fry till light golden brown. And its done.
