Mexican Spicy Fish Manchurian

Mexican food has my know my taste buds. I not only enjoy cooking mexican food but its one of my favorite cuisine as well. I am seafood fan as well. So this is a perfect combination for all those seafood lovers who wants to spice things up! I am sure you are going to devour it.

Ingredients:

-Fish Fillet thinkly sliced

-Peas 1/4 cup

-Carrots 1/4 cup chopped

-Capsicum 1/ 4 cup chopped

-Onion 1 medium chopped

-Garlic 4-5 cloves

-Mushrooms 7-8 chopped

-Juice of 1 lemon

-Chilli paste 3-4 tbsps

-Salt to taste

-Cornflour 2 tsp

-Green chillies chopped 4-5

-Cihcken powder 1 tsp

-Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsps

-Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsps

-Flour for coating fish

-Oil for frying

Method:

Marinate fish with lemon juice, salt and chilli paste and keep it aside. In a pan, heat oil. Coat marinated fish in flour and fry till color changes.

Prepare for sauce by frying garlic, chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, water, chilli paste together for a few minutes. Add chicken powder. Mex weel and add lemon juice and green chillies. Mix corn flour in little water and add to the bioling sauce cook until thick or you get the desired consistency. Fry vegetables in little oil with salt. Assemble fish fillet and sauce together in a platter. Add vegetables on top and garnish with julian cut ginger, spring onion and fresh corriander if you like.
