Mayo Beans Salad – refreshingly tasty

I love salads. I keep experimenting them with different flavors and ingredients. My priority is to make healthier and refreshing salads that revitilize my brains and taste buds ! Check out this one..


-White Beans 1/2 cup

-Peas boiled  1/2 cup

-Sweet corns 3-4 tbsps

-Apples cubed 1/4 cup

-Pineapple chunks 1/4 cup

-Potato boiled and cubed 1/2 cup

-Mayonese 1 cup

-Yogurt 4-5 tbsps

-Cream 4-5 tbsps

-Sugar 2 tsps

-Salt 1 tsp

-Crushed Black pepper 2 tsps

-Fresh corriander for garnish


-Beat mayonese with cream, yogurt and seasonings. Keep it in refrigerator for about 20 mins.

-Mix the rest ingredients in a large bowl and pour in the prepared mayonese dressing. Toss, garnish with fresh corriander  and serve!
